Sale of Products and Services

By making a request to purchase a product through this website we will accept your request as an order under the following terms and conditions.  We will confirm your order based on availibility with a confirmation e-mail.  This e-mail will include the price and delivery cost based on the options you have chosen.  It will also say when we expect the order to be despatched. Under normal circumstance orders for goods in stock will be despatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. We cannot guarantee delivery times but will keep you updated as to the progress of your order.  We accept payment by debit or credit card through HSBC secure servers and via paypal.  Once we have received confirmation of payment being accepted we will process the despatch of your order.  If you have any questions or complaints please contact us through the methods on the contact page.

Shipment to destinations outside of the UK

Our prices are quoted inclusive of delivery to the address you provide when placing the order. For International customers outside the EC (European Community)you might be required by the authorities of the country in which you are resident to pay customs or import taxes when ordering from a EC country.  You should check with your relevant authorities for any possible charges.  Please note that all additional charges that are incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and should be paid to the invoicing party.

If your country of destination is not listed please contact us directly and will be able to provide a quote for shipping to you.

We try to offer STANDARD and PRIORITY shipping using various delivery service suppliers and where possible will provide tracking information to enable you to monitor the delivery of your consignment.  We are only able to offer one level of delivery service to some destinations and this will be indicated when checking out and on your order confirmation.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return an item within 14 days of despatch at your own expense provided the item is not worn and in its original packaging.  We will either exchange the item for a replacement of the same product or an item of the same value and send it to you at no cost or we will refund your money.  If the original packaging is damaged we will charge a fee of 10% of the value of the merchandise or GBP 10.00 whichever is the larger amount. If an order is cancelled before it has been sent out we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of GBP 5.00.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Upon entering the RealRealGenuine.com site you are bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and irrespective of your place of domicile, in the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Law and courts.
