Our classic five-pocket slim fit. This jean is cut from 15.5 oz.. rigid small batch selvedge denim and features our 'raw' finish. These jeans are not washed and will shrink around 7 to 10% and shrink around 8cm in leg length. Made for the denim purist who likes the idea of developing their own history in their jeans as they fade. For an authentic raw vintage workwear look. Jean features subtly different thread colours around the yolk, hip pockets and seams to simulate aging and fading. Features our Iconic removeable patch , attached to the wearer's left hip pocket by 2 x branded sew-on buttons.
The raw, unwashed cousin to UNIT9's slim DK jean: same 15.5 oz rigid small-batch selvedge denim, no wash treatment. These are sold to break in with the wearer rather than arrive pre-aged, and they will shrink approximately 7-10% in body and around 8 cm in leg length on first soak. The five-pocket construction is unchanged, including the tonally varied thread colour around yoke, hip pockets and seams that lets early fades read as honest rather than printed. The signature U9 patch sits on the wearer's left hip pocket, attached by two branded sew-on buttons. A long-term piece for collectors of personal wear-pattern denim.
