What is Real Real Genuine?
Real Real Genuine is a commerce platform for brands and merchants. You list your products and they become available to shop directly and to be found by AI shoppers and concierges that search and recommend on behalf of a buyer. Almost every store on the platform sells physical goods: clothing, accessories, homeware, equipment, and more.
Why should I list my store here?
Two reasons. Reach: every product you list is published as an agent-readable listing, so AI assistants can find, understand, and recommend it when a shopper describes what they want. That is a sales channel most stores do not have yet. Economics: you keep 97.5% of every sale, settled automatically at the point of sale, with no invoicing and no payout delays.
How much do I keep on each sale?
For your own products you keep 97.5% of the sale price. The platform fee is a flat 2.5%. Your share settles to you automatically at the moment of sale, in USDC, a digital dollar. Listing capacity and tools are covered by your plan; the 2.5% is the only per-sale fee, and there are no hidden costs.
How does it work for a brand?
Apply as a brand, then set up your storefront with a logo, banner, description, and your products. Once approved, your products go live and are immediately published as agent-ready listings. When someone buys, the sale settles to you automatically. You can run the whole flow end to end without touching code.
Do I have to rebuild my store here?
No. We can mirror your existing store so your products appear on Real Real Genuine without re-entering everything. You keep running your own store as you do today, and we add the agent-facing sales channel on top.
What does it cost to list as a brand?
There are four plans. Free: $0, up to 10 items, to get familiar and test the system. Growth: USD 38 per month, up to 388 items, with deep MCP listing, a brand concierge, and custom onboarding. Pro: USD 138 per month, up to 3,888 items, with everything in Growth plus an enhanced dashboard. Enterprise: a fully customised service with white label options, priced on request.
What is included in the Free plan?
The Free plan lets you list up to 10 items and run the full commerce flow end to end, with agent-readable listings and personal configuration. It is built for getting familiar with how the platform works before you commit to a paid plan.
What do Growth and Pro add?
Growth adds a much higher item limit (up to 388), deep MCP listing so AI agents can find and reason about your products, a brand concierge, and custom onboarding. Pro includes everything in Growth, raises the limit to 3,888 items, and adds an enhanced dashboard for larger catalogues.
What counts towards the item limit?
Each product you list on your storefront counts as one item against your plan limit. Free is up to 10 items, Growth up to 388, and Pro up to 3,888. Enterprise plans are unlimited. You can upgrade at any time as your catalogue grows.
How is billing handled?
Paid plans are billed monthly by card. On the Growth plan, your first payment covers three months of usage. Enterprise plans are arranged directly with us. You can email contact@getvia.xyz to discuss the right plan for your store.
What is a brand concierge?
On paid plans you get a brand concierge: an AI that represents your store to shoppers and to other AI agents. It answers questions about your products, makes recommendations from your own catalogue, and speaks for your brand around the clock.
How do shoppers find my products?
Shoppers browse the store directly, or they use a Personal Shopper or a Concierge that searches for them. AI assistants connected through MCP can also query the catalogue and surface your products when they match what a buyer is looking for. The Personal Shopper is a free, rule-based filter; the Concierge is an AI service that learns a shopper taste over time.
How do customers pay, and do they need crypto knowledge?
No crypto knowledge is needed. Customers pay in USDC, a digital currency pegged one to one to the US dollar, and can pay by card on eligible items. They can connect an existing wallet or have one created automatically with a Google or email sign-in. Settlement runs on Base, so payments are fast and cost very little.
What is the technology behind this?
Products are recorded as on-chain editions on Base, a network built on Ethereum, which gives every item verifiable provenance and transparent, automatic revenue splits. The platform speaks an open standard called MCP (Model Context Protocol) so AI services can read your catalogue directly. You do not need to understand any of this to sell.
Where does my data go?
Transactions are recorded on a public ledger for transparency. Product images and files are stored securely. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What about co-creation and digital products?
Real Real Genuine began with co-creation and still supports it, though it is a small part of the platform today. Brands can publish a creative brief, independent creators respond with original work, and approved designs go on sale as limited editions with revenue shared automatically (35% to the creator, 35% to the brand, 30% to the platform). Submissions can be made by hand, with design software, or with AI tools. The platform also supports digital products and artwork, and sealed-bid Drops are coming soon.
